I discovered Geology as an undergraduate at California Lutheran University, and was drawn to the way the Earth records its own history in rocks. My masters research at Miami University of Ohio involved involved remote geologic mapping of the Ischigualasto basin in Argentina using satellite imagery and digital surface models. I started my PhD at the University of Southern California, and moved with my advisor, Emily H.G. Cooperdock to Brown University where I continue to explore Earth processes.
